The Bincombe Bolt

The madcap village challenge in aid of Breast Cancer and Cancer Research.

The race was a mere 0.8 mile dash around track and fell ending with a crazy climb of 28% to the finish line

Starting at the finish, the route takes on a choppy descent followed by a relatively flat dash along the track before you scramble up the brutal ascent.

The winner of their heat went through to the decider, where they ran it once more to become King or Queen of the Bincombe bolt.

All money raised is split between Breast Cancer and Cancer Research

The winners all received a t-shirt, a medal, and a either a whole filet of beef or a truckle of cheddar.
