Important Information

Please don’t be late!

Directions.  The address is West Farm, Bincombe, DT3 5PS.  This is in Lower Bincombe, (near Upwey), just off the A354 into Weymouth, if you use a WAZE sat nav system, our postcode may take you to the wrong address.

There is plenty of onsite parking.

We recommend you ‘dress for Lapland’ in warm (and possibly waterproof!) clothes, sensible footwear such as wellies or sturdy boots are a good idea.

If the weather is adverse the event still goes ahead.   Half the event is outdoors in sheltered areas, and the rest is inside large barns, which are open, so have good ventilation, but are therefore a bit chilly.

We would like you to arrive no more than 5-10 minutes before your slot, due to the outdoor nature of the event, we don’t want to keep you waiting in the cold.  You are welcome to arrive earlier and check-in then wait in your car.

If you are late, it can impact on other guests.  As the schedule is very controlled so you may miss some of it if you are late.

Safety.  We have sanitiser stations all around the site.

As regards Covid, Father Christmas is inside a barn with open doors, and there is a 1 way system.  He is positioned 3m away from guests.  Please bring a mask for indoor use.

You can order food when you are on site, you can take away or eat in.  We have 3 places to eat; there are outside tables to sit at, some socially distanced tables inside a marquee which may or may not have the sides open depending on the temperature and weather, and then we have 4 dining pods which are individual barn rooms.

Re timings, people have been staying approx  60-90 minutes.
